Motorsport, in particular Rallying as always been an integral factor of Olle Precision Engineering and played a large part in the business beginning and developing.

A keen and competitive Road Rally driver himself, Proprietor Owen had been building, maintaining and rallying his own cars since 1996, and was eventually approached by a client in 2000 with the request of taking over the build of an Opel Manta for Irish Tarmac Stage Rallying.

When the business was then started in 2004, the Manta build became a primary objective and once complete, routine maintenance and upgrades kept Olle Precision Engineering firmly within the motorsport aspect of work.

 As time went on, more and more customers began to bring in their road and stage rally machines for preparation, services and modification. Therefore the range of work involved kept on expanding, tackling every aspect of vehicle preparation from shell fabrication, component manufacture, wiring and roll cage installations, to gearbox and engine rebuilds on many makes and models of car.

Being appreciative of the challenge involved with all Motorsports means that Rallying is by no means where our capabilities end. We have recently been involved with projects for Track days, Hill climbs, Auto-grass and Drift use, as we strive to expand our experience throughout the range of popular motorsports today.
